What is DISC?
DISC is a widely used personality assessment for recruitment and professional development. It groups behavior into four main styles, helping you understand your work style, strengths, and interactions with others.
At LeKhaMart, we use DISC to help candidates discover their personality and identify suitable roles. This assessment can help you understand yourself and how you may grow in our workplace.
The 4 DISC Personality Styles
Each style has distinct traits, strengths, and ways of working
Dominance
People with a D style tend to be decisive, confident, and results-oriented. They embrace challenges, make quick decisions, and are comfortable taking risks.
Influence
People with an I style are enthusiastic, open, and enjoy interacting with others. They communicate well, motivate people, and inspire their teams.
Steadiness
People with an S style are patient, dependable, and prefer a stable work environment. They listen well, support others, and promote harmony within a team.
Conscientiousness
People with a C style are careful, precise, and process-oriented. They pay attention to detail, analyze thoroughly, and consistently protect the quality of their work.

How to Take the Assessment
The DISC assessment contains 24 word groups, each with 4 adjectives describing personality traits.
Instructions:
- Step 1 — Choose “Most”: In each group, select the one word that describes you best.
- Step 2 — Choose “Least”: Then select the one word that describes you least.
- Repeat for all 24 word groups.
Important: There are no right or wrong answers. Answer as honestly as possible. Everyone has all four D, I, S, and C tendencies in different degrees.
