Account deletion request
Close your LeKha.vn account and delete the personal data linked to it
Before you delete your account
Account deletion cannot be undone. Please read the information below carefully before submitting your request.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile, sign-in details and address book
- Digital utility data: Family Tree, Health, Vaccination Record, Menstrual Cycle, Asset Management
- Wishlist, messages and personal preferences
- Lộc points and membership tier (no cash value)
Data kept as required by law
- Invoices and transaction documents kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law
- Information needed to resolve ongoing complaints, disputes or fraud prevention
Before you submit
- Complete or cancel orders in progress
- Use any remaining Lộc points if you wish
- Request a copy of your data on the Privacy choices page
