Form of report on compliance with Decree 13/2023 ND-CP on Personal Data Protection
Legal basis
Applicable from July 1, 2023
Personal Data ProtectionDecree 13/2023/ND-CPon the protection of personal data ("BVDLCN") issued by the Government as well as on the proposal of many Customers.
During the course of the Customer's transaction at the Customer's website/applicationLEKHA DISTRIBUTOR CO., LTD(hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), LEKHA DISTRIBUTOR Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “LeKhaMart”) may collect certain personal information of customers in accordance with the terms below.
Scope of information collected
1.1. Information required
To place an order at the Platform (create an order, leave a review, contact us...), you may be asked to leave information for us, including:
- Full name
- Telephone
- • Address
- • Other personal information required
Note:All declared information must be accurate and legal, LeKhaMart is not responsible in case the information provided by the Customer is incorrect.
1.2. Technical information
The Platform may also collect information about visits, including:
- • Number of pages you view
- • Number of links (links) that customers click
- IP address
- • Browser type
- User language
- Access Time
Purpose of use of information
The information that the Platform collects from the Client will be used within the following scope:
2.1. Order processing:
We will call/text to confirm the order, inform you about the order status and delivery time, and confirm order cancellation (if applicable).
2.2. Marketing and communication:
Send open letters of thanks, new product introductions, new services or LeKhaMart promotions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Complaint resolution
- • Information on the awarding of prizes to the Customer upon winning the prize
- • Surveys for better customer care
2.4. Security and compliance:
- • Confirmation of technical information & security of Customer information
- • Cases at the request of competent state agencies
- • Other reasonable purpose to serve the Customer
• Information storage time
The data will be stored until there is a deletion request from the Customer, except where deletion is not permitted by law. In all cases, the Customer's Personal Information will be kept confidential and stored on the Platform's servers.

- Compliance with personal data protection regulations
- It must only be used for its intended purpose.
- • Have the right to request deletion of information when it is no longer needed
Parties with access to personal information
Your personal information is committed to absolute confidentiality by LeKhaMart in accordance with this Policy and is only shared with the following Parties for the purposes stated in section 2:
4.1. Service partners:
Delivery partners, telecommunications, internet message service providers, etc. that LeKhaMart cooperates with from time to time to perform the work according to the scope mentioned in section 2.
4.2. Other third parties:
Other third parties if agreed by the Customer from time to time.
How personal information is processed
The Customer's personal information collected through the Customer's activities on the Platform will be stored in a third-party system and secured under the management of LeKhaMart.

- • Strict access management only for authorized personnel
- • Periodic data backup to ensure integrity
- • 24/7 operational monitoring to detect threats
Customer's right to personal information
The Customer has full rights as prescribed by law to his/her Personal Information:
6.1. Right to access, edit or delete information:

Log in to the Client information management page, edit or delete the information yourself.
Through the switchboard
Call 0908878882, LeKhaMart will assist in adjusting the information.
Qua website
Leave comments or give feedback directly from the Platform.
6.2. Other rights
For other rights, the Client may send a written request to the email[email protected]to specify the requirement.
