1.Fresh goods (vegetables, fresh foods)

• Characteristic:Perishable, short shelf life.

• Reasonable policy:

• Exchanges/returns are only accepted upon receipt or within 24 hours.
• Customers have the right to refuse if they notice that the goods are damaged, faded, or of poor quality.
• Returns and exchanges are not applicable after accepting receipt of the goods.

2.Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG: dry goods, spices, drinks, popular cosmetics)

• Characteristic:long shelf life, low–medium value.

• Reasonable policy:

• Returns are allowed within 3–7 days if the goods are defective, damaged, and the seal is still intact.
• No returns on products that have been opened or tried.

3.Electronics – Electronics – Technology

• Characteristic:High value, long-term warranty required.

• Reasonable policy:

• Return within 7–15 days if there is a technical error.
• After the above time, the genuine warranty policy applies.
• No returns if the customer damages it on their own.

4.Fashion – Accessories

• Characteristic:related to size and design.

• Reasonable policy:

• Change size or model within 7 days.
• Goods must still have tags, be unwashed, and unused.
• Does not apply to "clearance sale" products.

5.High-end goods (high-end cosmetics, functional foods, specific imported goods)

• Characteristic:Requires standard preservation and high value.

• Reasonable policy:

• Return within 3–5 days if there is a manufacturer defect.
• Require complete documents/certification when returning goods.

• Fruits and vegetables are wilted or bruised
• Bee stings lead to internal damage to the fruit/tubers
• Fruits and vegetables are old

Packaging products:

• The product's protective film is torn
• Milk is curdled
• Weevil-infested cereals and grains

For example:Hoa Loc mangoes that are damaged inside will be replaced for free.

Cannot be exchanged

For example:Mangoes with black spots on the outside of the peel are a natural process or if you leave them for a long time and forget to eat them, leading to damage and will not be renewed.

The store manager where the Customer purchases will contact the Customer directly to know the status of the goods.

Proceed to exchange or refund as quickly as possible after verifying the product condition.
