LeKhaMart products are not for sale - Committed to Lead a healthy life
Last updated: June 17, 2026
LeKhaMart business culture declaration
LeKhaMart was born to sell goods. But there are products we choose not to sell — even though it's legal, even though it's profitable, even though the market needs it.
It is not a legal provision or a media campaign. The absence of these products on all LeKhaMart sales channels is our way of making our stance clear — no need for lengthy explanations.
Lead a healthy life is not a line on the logo. That is a filter applied to each product, before the product is allowed to appear on any of LeKhaMart's sales channels.
1. Purpose
LeKhaMart built a business portfolio following the orientation of Lead a healthy life: live healthy, use correctly, eat right, and consume transparently.
The list below summarizes product groups that pose health risks, easily form unhealthy consumption habits, lack ingredient/origin transparency or are not safe to use, based on conclusions from international health organizations (WHO, IARC, FAO) and Vietnam's current technical regulations.
2. Scope of application
- Applicable objects: customers, suppliers, distributors, offering partners and LeKhaMart purchasing team.
- Scope of application: stores, websites, e-commerce platforms, social networks, B2B channels and all other sales channels of LeKhaMart.
- How to understand categories: see Section 6 — Legal notes & media guidelines.
3. Principles of product selection
| Principle | Applicable content |
|---|---|
| Not addictive | Do not sell products that contain nicotine, alcohol, stimulants or easily create dependence. |
| Do not promote bad habits | Do not sell products high in sugar, salt, fried oil, ultra-processed or easily causing deviations in eating behavior. |
| Do not exchange the concept of health | Do not sell products labeled "healthy", "organic", "detox", "low GI", "sugar-free", "weight loss" if there is a lack of evidence and corresponding documents. |
| The origin is not ambiguous | Refuse products that lack declaration, testing, secondary labels, invoices or documents or cannot be traced to the manufacturer. |
| Do not ignore contact safety | Refuse products that come into contact with the body with the risk of toxic chemicals, and protective, household, electrical, and children's products that do not meet safety standards. |
| Do not sell at any cost | Products with high profits but against business ethics, causing misunderstandings or affecting health are still not allowed to be traded. |

LeKhaMart: does not do business in ultra-processing groups; Prioritize original foods with transparent ingredient lists. |
| 8 | Products containing industrial trans fats: shortening, partially hydrogenated oils, confectionery using opaque fats | Industrial trans fat increases LDL, reduces HDL, increasing the risk of coronary artery disease; WHO recommends its complete removal from the food chain. LeKhaMart: refuses any products that contain trans fat or do not clearly state the type of fat used. |
| 9 | Pre-fried foods, fried oil over and over again, fried foods without oil process control | Oxidized oil when reused many times produces compounds that are not beneficial for the liver, heart and metabolism. LeKhaMart: do not do business if the supplier cannot prove the oil process, temperature and oil change frequency. |
| 10 | Meat, eggs, milk, and seafood are at risk of having residues of antibiotics, hormones, and chemicals that are banned or exceed thresholds | Residues of antibiotics/banned chemicals pose direct health risks and contribute to antibiotic resistance (WHO/FAO warning). LeKhaMart: reject products lacking secondary labels, declarations or clear ingredient lists. |

LeKhaMart: does not sell quick weight loss products; Prioritize communication about eating right and exercising properly. |

6. Legal notes & media guidelines
This content is LeKhaMart's product selection policy and healthy consumer communication orientation, not medical advice for individuals.
Communication principles: do not label an entire industry as harmful; Do not repeat lengthy medical warnings to clients. LeKhaMart's most effective way of communicating is action — no selling, no accepting offers, no making introductions — instead of explanation.
When editing on the website, prioritize the phrases: "at risk", "does not meet criteria", "lacks safety records", "does not meet standards", "LeKhaMart is not in business". Avoid absolute attribution phrases such as “toxic”, “definitely causes cancer” for product groups for which scientific evidence is currently at the level of risk/association, not absolute cause and effect.
If a partner's products belong to the above groups, please do not submit a quote or proposal for cooperation. If the product has a complete safety record and is consistent with the Lead a healthy life orientation, please send testing results, declarations, traceability records and label samples for LeKhaMart to evaluate.
Content is reviewed at least every 6–12 months, or as soon as there are new legal regulations, technical regulations or scientific warnings.
