Job Description
- Develop business strategies aligned with the company's direction.
- Manage and oversee sales operations to meet established revenue targets and goals.
- Analyze the market and competitors; develop business programs, sales campaigns, and promotions.
- Build and manage the sales team and train sales employees.
- Report regularly to company leadership on business performance and market conditions, and recommend improvements.
- Strengthen partner relationships and build a sustainable strategic customer network.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a sales manager, head of sales, or in an equivalent role.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the retail market and proficiency with market analysis tools.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
