Job Description
- Advise customers and respond to requests through the website, Zalo, Facebook, direct phone calls, and other channels.
- Receive orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely, high-quality home delivery.
- Manage and develop prospect lists and proactively find new customers to expand the market.
- Report work, sales, and customer activity regularly to the Sales Manager.
- Support promotions and advertising aligned with campaign objectives.
Candidate Requirements
Education: High school diploma or higher
- High school diploma or higher, or education in a related field.
- Experience in sales, customer consulting, or online retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with flexible problem-solving ability.
- Responsible, hardworking, and enthusiastic about the role.
- Proficient with technology and social platforms such as Zalo and Facebook.
